Description
This item consists of a clock face in the form of a stylised nautilus shell. The number of 'cells' corresponds to the numbers one to twelve. You will need to source and install your own clock mechanism.
This item is comprised of two pieces made from 3mm [1/8"] -thick acrylic plastic, bonded together. The 'front' piece is orange in the accompanying images, and the 'rear' piece is red. Both pieces can be supplied in any combination of colours available from Ponoko, at no extra cost. I can particularly recommend using a transparent colour on top of an opaque colour.
The default size for this item is 300mm [11.8"] high, but other size options are available.
The clock face has a 5mm [0.2"] Ø hole in the centre for mounting your clock mechanism through. You can drill this to size yourself, but if you know the exact size hole you need, I can cut the hole to meet your specific requirements for no extra cost.

Assembly Instructions
The clock face arrives preassembled, so the only assembly required involves you mounting your clock mechanism to the face.
You may need to enlargen the hole on the clock face to suit your clock mechanism. To do this, use a drill. Increase the drill bit size in small increments to ensure you do not crack the plastic. Insert the hub of your mechanism and install the washer and nut. Ensure your mechanism is correctly aligned with the face (i.e. such that the wall mounting socket is aligned with 12'o'clock). Install the hands such that they also all point to 12'o'clock. Insert a battery and adjust the time, as normal.
Customisation/Personalisation Options
Use the following form to customise/personalise this item and request a quote. In most cases, changing the colour will not change the price. Changing other attributes is likely to affect the price. In general, making things smaller/thinner/simpler will reduce the price. Making things larger/thicker/more complex is likely to increase the price.
If the options below are too restrictive for you what you've got in mind and I'll see what I can come up with (it's one major advantage of going with a laser-cut solution!)
